海外転送サービスを利用して注文した商品（交換品を含みます）の日本からの輸出、
居住国から日本への輸入に関する全ての責任はお客様が負うものとし、当店は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
輸出・輸入時に求められる書類の作成および準備についても当店では対応しません。

お客様が転送サービス会社を利用して海外に商品を配送した場合、転送会社へ商品が届いた後は、
商品の損傷、不具合、商品の相違、紛失に対して当店は責任を負いません。

お客様の指定した転送サービス会社にお届け後、日本国外に発送した時点で
お客様もしくは転送サービス会社が輸出者としてみなされ、
日本の輸出規制や到着国の輸入規制を含む、すべての輸出入にかかわる規制に従う責任が発生します。
輸出に関わる書類（例：輸出宣誓書類、税関書類、内容明細書、航空貨物運送状など）にも、「BABYDOLL」と記載されません。
転送サービス会社の住所が最新のものではなく、宛先不明でお届けできない場合も、お客様の責任となります。

お客様ご都合での返品/交換について、返送/交換品出荷にかかる費用をお客様ご負担のうえ、当店で指定している返送先住所までご返送ください。

About Freight Forwarders and Hand Carry

If you wish to deliver it overseas, please use the following services.

Using a freight forwarder to ship or hand-carrying items internationally may result in complications not covered by BABYDOLL.

If a freight forwarder or hand-carrying is used, the following terms will apply:

・BABYDOLL won't be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder.

・If you or a freight forwarder you designate have a Japan address, purchase goods from BABYDOLL to be shipped to a Japan location, and then subsequently export the goods, you or the designated freight forwarder are considered the exporter and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all Japan's export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country.
BABYDOLL must not be listed on any export documentation (e.g., export declarations, invoices, packing lists, air waybills, etc.).
It is your responsibility to ensure the freight forwarder's most up-to-date address is used.

・After delivering to the forwarding service company specified by the customer, when it is shipped outside Japan
You or the forwarding service company are considered as exporters
You are responsible for complying with all import and export regulations, including Japan's export restrictions and import restrictions of the country of arrival.
For export documents (eg export oath documents, customs documents, statement of contents, air waybill, etc.)
It is not listed as "BABYDOLL".
It is your responsibility if the forwarding service company's address is not up-to-date and cannot be delivered due to unknown address.

・Products offered for export directly from BABYDOLL, which you export yourself or through a freight forwarder may be directly returned to BABYDOLL, provided that you are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods to BABYDOLL.
